Can anyone help me identify this siren?

During the Central, Va tornado last week a video was taken at the University Of Virginia of a tornado crossing through with some kind of electronic siren going off in the background, if anyone can help me identify this that would be amazing.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm not understanding these threads when there's a mystery siren sticky on the top of the page. Oh well.

Richmond itself has a 2001 and two Eclipse 8s. This sounds like an ATI, due to A: the sound clip used and B: the voice announcement. I'm probably thingking of a different university but there is an ATI system in one. That or I'm going mad.
