Woah woah woah... something's not right here. That SD-10 in the picture vanished a long time ago, how did it magically get reinstalled?
Correct that SD-10 is often seen on T.V. news- in the background ,its been pole only with
service basket, for several years now . Could this all be Fake News ?
Or a old file photo?

It's a new photo. That siren was not present back in 2017.

Regardless of when it was installed or taken down... or reinstalled, I'm just super excited/happy that a news article finally used siren model names, and the correct ones too, not just "tornado sirens."

Pulled up a few YT videos of this taking place and it seems as if there are speakers installed at the siren towers to play the music.
7:54 mark on this video you can see the speaker below the siren.
