Federal Enterprises Model 2 Identification Help

I have what seems like a 1920's federal enterprises model 2 but I'm not sure. If it is a 20's model 2 then it is really weird to have 2 brush style usually older sirens from this time of when federal signal was federal enterprises have 4 brushes but my model 2 has 2 brushes some help on identifying what year and about the brushes would be greatly appreciated I picked up this model 2 in Buffalo, NY it was listed on eBay.
