I wouldn't down them on refurbing the old sirens, they can probably get most of the parts they need for them.

They are dual tone. Here is a picture that Edaan Friedman took with his drone of one with a rotted housing in Long Beach ,California. They appear to be 6/8 port.

There could be different models. There is a 16 port siren in Laverne, CA, and according to a newspaper clipping, there is a ScreamMaster located there.
