STL-10 Siren Help

Wed Mar 06, 2019 3:57 pm

I currently own a single phase STL-10, however the motor is completely rusted and dead. It's beyond repair, and when I contacted west shore for help they couldn't give me any. I'm not asking if anyone has a motor, but rather does anyone know of a single phase motor that is being sold today that would be a suitable replacement for it's current one. Thanks for any help provided!
Happy and slightly confused owner of a STL-10, Whelen wps-2905, Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000, and a Federal Enterprises Model-2

The manual says it's a 7.5hp single phase repulsion induction 240v AC motor. Maybe take it to a motor shop and see if they could point you in the right direction?
