Look at either the sticker on the rotator box or at the little notches on the back of the projector/horn. Note that neither of these photos aren't mine and do belong to their respected owners.

Yep, that's an Equinox. Pretty neat that they used those over 2001's.
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

They're are 130's. I've only found two that are oddly close together for how loud they are.

Yep, that's because FS Equinoxes use 8-port rotor/stator assemblies, contrary to the FS 2001s using 12-port assemblies.

Not exactly, you'd have to look inside the horn and count the ports.

On an Equinox there are 8 notches on the back of the horn. On a 130 there is 12. Search them up on google photos and observe for yourself.
