I'd go for the Modulator since there aren't any videos anymore of any at all. I do have 2 questions about it though; is it dual-toned and is it going to be tested in alert?

Go for the SD-10! There are little to no videos or even recordings of it!

i wouldnt bother going unless your equipment can make a good to high quality recording. its definately not worth the hassle if its not. otherwise, just record it. why would u need video to go along with it anyway?

Why not video it? Good Quality or not as long as the sound quality is ok,
If none of the SD-10s work if the mod is going to do westminster chimes i would go with the 2t22 but if the MOD is going to do a different tone i would go with the mod. But my # 1 choice is the SD10 if they work!
