What model is this? - Linden, VA

Thu Nov 21, 2019 8:13 pm

I had seen this siren from a distance for years, but due to it being without its housing, I could never figure out what it was. Well recently, I decided to take a closer look at it. It appears to have 8 ports, and looks like a Federal to me. Low-tone Model 5/7, or does it not look big enough (maybe a 3)?

That is a Model 5. I wonder what happened to the housing.
I have a thing for objects that light up or make noise.

If this thing was a Federal, wouldn't it have the A-shaped bracket that Model 5/7s/3s had to hold the housing?

Not all of them had the bracket inside.
