That chrysler is on top of a big hill so the low mounting is justified in my opinion.

Between Glendale and lacanada Flintridge it’s up on top of a huge hill near sugar loaf drive. Every time I drive through there I try to find it but alas, she’s a little pin hidden in a huge hill...

Lol, There is a lone Allertor that would put this RSH-10 to shame. it is in Timpton Kansas, it is literally on the god damn ground.

That's a Model 2, but I would agree that it is relatively low. Nice find!

Believe it or not it is actually a Sterling 2V8 with a Model 2 shroud jammed over the rotor, I gave it a hard look when I visited and was quite amused (as I always am when I see this type of fire department ingenuity)
