Found this Sterling M at the Seagraves Fire Department in Seagraves, Texas. I'd say it's pretty low to the ground.

That is Pretty Low, There is a STH-10 In Lansing,Michigan In Front of the Capital, VERY LOW

Two years ago when I visited there I couldn't believe it was mounted that low. I'm assuming it's inactive or doesn't test.

Yes, I have no idea what the heck the people who installed that were thinking. Imagine what it would be like if it went off right next to you (provided it’s active, which I don’t know if it is). Btw, there’s also a Fedelcode Model 5/7 in that town too, and it has been mentioned before for its relatively low and unique mount.
