I know of several, but I’d like to see some more. It’s fine if you post ones I know, so others can enjoy! I know about the three Model 5’s in Galax, VA.
I have a thing for objects that light up or make noise.
I still post here, but not as much as I used to. Casual enthusiast who lives in the natural state of Arkansas. Hoping to get a siren someday... Not the brightest mind, but getting there.
Also in Parryville, PA they have 3 (awful) Models 2s.

Not sure if this counts, but there's a Trio of sirens in Robbinsdale, MN. There's a Model 5, a 2001 SRNB, and an Erick all right next to each other. I think the Erick is used as a Curfew siren, the 2001 a weather siren, and the Model 5 is inactive.
In Golden Valley, ND, There is a 2001 and a Model 5 at the fire station. Just across the street lies another Model 5 at what looks like the towns original fire station.
In Bloomington, Maryland (a small town up in the western corner of the state) there is a Fedelcode Model 5 and an Eclipse 8 mounted on a pole along the highway, and a Model 2 on the roof of the fire station one block away. I have no idea what their usages are respectively. There's a possibility that one of them is for accidents at the nearby paper mill (recently defunct) but I don't know for sure.
