It is Indiana (In Steubrn County) This is one of two Sentries in NE Indiana, the other is a 3v8 in Mongo.

In my opinion, it's better to mount sirens higher because then the sound can carry farther

I would like to mention Kenosha County in this. I went to a P-50 in Bristol and I saw two along the way including one that's at least 1 and half miles away and the hills weren't even that high. The poles on both these and the majority of the P-15's are all at least 80 to 90 feet tall. I even saw the Bristol P-50 on my way out there and can easily see it up to a mile away.
