How do I repaint my AR timer and keep the CD logo?

I have reached a bit of a stump here, I notice that the CD logo on my AR timer is actually painted on, just like the yellow paint around it. I dont really know how i could repaint that logo onto my AR timer when i get around to it, it's not like I can just go out there and buy a stencil that's just the right size as the logo on my timer. With that said, any suggestions?
F.I.Y. the logo is chipped off in some places, just in case you were wondering

Hello, why did you don't put a sticker on it? It is a better idea to be honest even if it's "cheaper"

It's likely going to be reintroduced to a bit of water and/or moisture at some point.

It's likely going to be reintroduced to a bit of water and/or moisture at some point.
AR timers are neither NEMA 4X or IP rated. They cannot be installed in wet locations unless you want to damage your timer.

Oh I know, but my cabinet is pretty janky, I'm surprised it survived for the 50 years it did.

Most industrial electric suppliers have replacement equipment cabinets. My local parish uses some to house power connections for the yearly festival.

Using a sticker would be the best idea, and if your refurbished cabinets themselves are going to be outside and you dont want them to get damaged a good idea would just be to put a much larger plywood box around them. I think Hawaii did that with their sirens if I remember correctly putting the controller and its steel cabinets encased inside a larger wood box.

If you want to keep the originally painted logo, I recommend making a stencil of the original (perhaps get a piece of see-through paper and trace over it with a compass to match the shape), then use that stencil to make a round cover made of painter's tape. then just cover the original and strip/paint away. I'm no expert here, but that would be a likely way to keep it original.
