Thunderbolts that have a 6M/6MC blower are worth mentioning.
Adding to the list.

I'm a bit surprised the Model 1 and Model 5QC aren't in this roster, afaik there's a handful of Model 1s known to exist (with one member here owning one?) and only one 5QC that is known to exist. Although I'm not entirely certain about the 5QC

I think the Klaxon Secomak CS-8, CS-3 and GP-3 are also worth adding. There's a few other CS-series Secomaks but aside from the CS-3 and 8 I don't think the other models even made it to production..
Gonna add those later. Thanks!
To add onto what I said, the Yamaha musical sirens (both the first generation and the later vent-shaped models) should be added too, they're even unique.

Here's my roster:
  • Yamaha Multivoice sirens
  • Federal Model 1
  • Federal Model 5QC
  • Secomak CS-8 and CS-3
  • Cicca (Compagnie Industrielle et Commerciale du Cycle et de l'Automobile) Sirène Type 8-Pavillons (a very rare french siren, I doubt if there are any that still exist, in fact I have no idea if they even existed in the 1st place)
  • Cicca type 6218 (French vehicle mounted siren, quite rare, attached some pics of one below)

Federal Model 5TT's are rare. Everyone assumes the dual tone Model 7's are 5's, but they aren't 5hp, they are 7.5hp. The Model 5TT looks like a 3. The only 2 I know of are either owned by someone in GA and one in Long Island. Also the 3TT is very rare. There is one in the midwest, one in Long Island, and one in WSS (as far as I know.)

I would not consider 6M thunderbolts to be rare sirens. Uncommon yes compared to other blower types, but it does not make them a rare siren in the grand scheme of things in my opinion. The only ones I agree with being remotely rare are B series units (~15 exist as of today), 2000s (only one still exists fully intact with its original engine and everything), Rounders (only one ever existed as far as anyone knows, and who knows what happened to it) and 7000s (only one enclosure remains atop a school in Kuwait)

I believe you mentioned in your map of all the Thunderbolts that it was replaced with a Mod.

You should also add the STH-10C we only know of one that was sold on eBay

Which it was, the enclosure is still up there however. I believe it had the head removed and a mod mounted to it.

Oh, that's super interesting. I wonder why they didn't remove the enclosure.
Interestingly enough, I found 2 photos of the school with the Thunderbolt (The quality is atrocious on the 2nd one).
