got all the parts printed so now it is assembly time. the main frame is slightly too deep but it needs to be to fit my speakers...

I dont ever want to beat old bsp, whether it is in design quality or noise output, i also try to stay away from the ones he has made, hence why i am planning a aca hurricane, because everybody builds thunderbolts. another thing is that im trying to build a 110 db at 100 feet electromechanical siren.

You're gonna need at least a 7.5hp motor and a BIG chopper/stator for that. Like a Model 7 sized chopper.
(I know this because I own one, it's the siren in my profile picture.)
Also put some horns on it, that will improve the db and sound projection.

you mean omnidierctional? Im gonna get the noise by using rpms (15000+) and by blasting it in one direction through inividual projector horns. i might need need to reverse the motor like a 2001 siren than supercharge it
