micro aca banshee 115

Thu Sep 23, 2021 12:44 pm

This is something I dreamed up a while a go, and the printer is idle (for now) so lets get building! Some might wander wy i have a lean to design aca products, and the reason why is because everyone else makes thunderbolts or model 5s which is why I build hurricanes and banshees. the whole siren is gonna be 70 mm in diameter and use a stick as the utility pole

here we are printing the lid
Image
then I grabbed a stick off the woodpile and belt sanded all the bark off Image
here is the finished product. Image
than I wrapped a big booger of electrical tape on the stick and ground it so the stick was more or less level.Image
next Ive glued up the stator to motor mount Image
next I soldered the wires to the motor and ran them through the pipe on the statorImage
than I filled the base with hot glue and made sure the stick was level Image

Spectacular job! I certainly can't wait to see more of your sirens! :D
I still post here, but not as much as I used to.
