P 15 and t 128

hi i`m new to the board
and i have wondered this for about a year now is the T128 a redesigned version of a penetrator 15

No, it is more relative to the P-20 and RM-130 series.

However, it isn't the exact thing; the T-128 uses a seven-horsepower rotor-motor, while the P-20 and RM-130 use a twenty-horsepower rotor-motor.
