I would like to see a Whelen test. I tried the other day but it failed to activate. I Am growing more fond of Whelen sirens. The wsp sirens are just awsome and the vortex are impressing me more and more. They seem to be well engineered to carry for a long distance yet not be too loud up close.

It will be a recording not a video. But it will be taken about 0.65 miles from nearest Vortex R4 according to measurments from google earth, I estimate the sound is between 78-80 dB at that point. I will also be posting a recording of a tornado warning from October of 2004 the sirens were activated 3 times but i am only going to post one which got both the wind up and wind down.
