It sounds to me like an electronic siren, so not something mechanical like an E57.

It definitely sounds like a Hormann, though.
Maybe an ECN.

Maybe, but it's the wrong pitch and the wind down is different. The wind down also lingers, which makes me think it's mechanical.

Total opposite for me. I think the way the wind-down lingers, as well as the way the windup stops, is very electronic sounding. It doesn't have the right nuances to be a mechanical siren sound.

It's so strange because it sounds mechanical but electronic at the same time. I think this is in the Phillipines.

After doing some research, I am pretty sure it is a Techo-Ulvo with a different sound chip. If not, it is possibly a knock-off unit.
I still post here, but not as much as I used to.

Teho-Ulvo's wind down ends with prolonging tone an octave lower than it's peak pitch, whereas this siren does not. I've never heard of a Teho-Ulvo with a different sound chip, and they are Finnish, and this video takes place in the Phillipines (I think, based on the description)

I don't know if it's a knockoff, but it's possibly an electronic siren. We could ask where it is in the comments, possibly.
