Yes, they're small sirens; possibly a Federal model A, D, or L. I'd guess L, myself.

Sterling N-5 I think the name is, basically a single-headed M-10

Those are Federal Model A's
Seen a: KM Europ, small Klaxon siren and a Gents' of Leicester "ahooga" horn.
Also a big fan of both Apollo and Protec fire alarms.

Was that necessary? The reason for the lack of response is because nobody knows what it is. Id suggest getting a better camera.
