Definitely not a Sterling; the rotor is too thick. Where is it? If it’s near CA I’d bet it’s some sort of Hedberg.

It's in Lower Lake, California so i guess it is a hedberg. Also i visited it yesterday so here's some good pictures (Sorry about the noise!):

Not to mention most if not all Sterling M-series sirens had long, thin, port openings. I'm willing to say it's a Hedberg or something among the lines of a Federal Type/Model B
