I may sound a noob for asking this, but does Hamilton county ever test in attack anymore, or has it been dropped entirely?

It’s been dropped since May 2015. I guess they just think no one will know the difference anymore.

While I'm not from the Cincinnati area (I live in the Cleveland-Akron area of Ohio), I happened to see this on Street View and grab a screenshot of it while mapping sirens in the Cincinnati area.

According to the image capture date, Google took this image in April 2012. You can see a decommissioned single-toned ACA Penetrator-15 with a brand-new T-128 next to it. Just thought it looked cool so I thought I'd share it. According to Google Maps, this siren is located at 10188 Lees Creek Rd. in Harrison, Ohio. Obviously as of 2018 the P-15 is long gone as it can't be seen on satellite view, but the 2012 street view image in which this dynamic duo is captured in is still the most current street view image from that area.

P-15 is obviously disconnected.

Another angle of this "Dynamic Duo."

Just thought I'd share this, since I don't think it has been shared before. Obviously I'm from NE OH where we mostly have newer Federal Sirens or nothing, so it's always nice to see a little variety like this.

Yeah, we’ve been aware of that P-15 for quite a while, and knew the replacement T-128 was installed next to it. Werden and his crew installed it back in the day, and most likely removed it. Aside from the few Werden P-127s, I believe this may have been the only single-toned Penetrator installed in Hamilton County.

What's the story of the Sentry 3V8 installed on the old system? I saw it on a map recently and thought it was quite odd. Apologies for bumping, but was curious.

No idea... Whitewater Township decided to buy it for whatever reason.

It used to be at the Whitewater Township maintenance building if it isn’t there anymore.

Clermont County’s sirens accidentally went off last Wednesday, October 24.

Here’s a brief article about the reason being unknown. I had no idea Mobilcomm is currently their contractor of choice. The article even mentions the ASC CompuLert system.

This Question is pointed towards carexpertandy, do you know if the Thunderbolt 1000 in Spring Grove Village still operating? You mentioned it was still operational but decomissioned back in December, and wanted to hear if there's been any updates on it?
