ACA Alertronic 1000 (or 2000) found in Okanogan, WA

So, as you know, I live in Grant County, WA.
I was siren hunting in the surrounding counties, and I came across this VERY interesting Alertronic:

It appears to have fallen off of it's mount (In 2008 and 2009 street view, it is on the mount), and is obviously inactive due to wires being snapped when it fell. It's the only ACA that I know of in WA. It's probably removed by now...
