Altus, AR mystery siren

I have posted this on the original Mystery Sirens thread, however, it went un-solved, and the thread is now locked. I decided to re-visit the siren on Google Maps. According to the Arkansas Siren Map, this is (possibly) a Model 2.

This most likely isn't correct but it looks like a Si-Rex missing a louver (sorry if I spelt that wrong)

Pretty sure that's either an Erick or a Model 2, either way it has a modded housing.
