I’m not sure if people on the board collect weather radios, but I have been a collector for a few years. Here’s a list on what I have:

La Crosse 810-805 (broken)
Midland WR-120
Eton Solarlink FR370
Reecom R-1350

(Currently trying to find a WR-100 near me)

2X Midland Walkie Talkies (mobiles, used in the car and for when i'm providing radio communications around the area), and a Midland WR-120. I'm hoping to buy another radio, preferably a Reecom or a RadioShack

I also am an EAS enthusiast and I do have a few weather radios in my collection. I have a Midland WR-100 (with a bad capacitor problem) a Midland WR-120, a Midland HH54, a Reecom R-1630, a Reecom R-1650 A (one of the oldest Reecom radios) and a Sangean CL-100. The problem with my WR-100 is that it will work for a while then when I go to play the weather no sound plays.

Never really used walkie talkies in any meaningful sense, but some have a radio option for them?

Some have a weather radio option and some can alert you if EAS goes through. They're also good for short-range communications. I own 15, and the range varies upon radio age, terrain, antenna length, and manufacturer.

I’ve been collecting them for years, and I also sometimes volunteer radio communications for events at the school and for fundraisers and other miscellaneous events. I’m slowly moving away from regular Walkie talkies and plan to replace the mid-matched Walkie talkie fleet with uniform MURS radios within the next few years.
