This siren winds up at 23 seconds, and sounds alert for a couple seconds, and winds down very differently than any other Modulators I've ever heard. Is it supposed to do this?

Maybe they prefer to do shorter tests just to make sure the sirens sound. As for the wind-down, it could just be different settings.

Oh ok, I didnt know they could make it different than the regular tone.
