Idk if you are both being sarcastic or not but that is not from Kentucky. The architecture of the hosues and even those little antennas ontop the house signal to me that video is from somewhere in Europe. And if you look on this guys page you will see a bunch of other videos in French.

That is not in Kentucky, it is in France. Those are KM-Europ (yes, it's spelled correctly) 8 port sirens. They are still made today and have been in production since the 1930s.

I didn't even pay attention to where the video was supposedly taken. I just paid attention to the sound, which is similar to an STL-10.
