Thunderbolt horns were all the same length. The difference was the mounting holes in the horn where the support bracket attaches. They are just a little bit further from the end of the horn to make up for the solenoid bar.carexpertandy wrote:Have you ever noticed how some 1003s have the horn facing down slightly? The "droopy" horn 1003s, from what I've heard anyway, were built like that from the factory. That's just how they made them early on.
