So are you saying that if a Thunderbolt blower is wired backwards, that it was done from inside the blower box itself, or can it also be done in the RCM?

It's in the RCM1. All you have to do is switch two wires around and it changes direction. I just meant I couldn't see which way the blower was turning.

In order to change the direction of ANY three phase motor all you do is swap two legs. It doesn't matter where you swap them either.
