Very nice find! How many kinds of Denver sirens were made? Wasn't there a Duplex or something?

For some reason, yes. something about super old mechanical sirens that got in my blood. lol. Well, there are 4 different known Denver sirens, a vertical, mounted with the rotors beneath the motor, the single headed like you see here, a the double headed version, and the very first, an entirely different looking siren with the rotor and motor staggerd. the choppers changed at one point from a 20 vain to a 5 vain as well. then there was the Sterling design. which came in a single headed or double headed version. Im not sure if the M10/denver looking thing was even a denver. I'm not sure what that thing is.

as for the duplex term, I'm not sure where that came from. it was never mentiond on any name plate or write up or patent I've seen

There used to be a vertical Denver Duplex siren on the former city hall building in Hillsboro, Oregon. It looked just like the horizontal, dual rotor model but was mounted vertically with the motor on the bottom.

I sure wish there was a way to get a photo of this siren. I've tried, and failed.

I own a Mystery Siren... It says Ademco on the top but outside of that, this thing has no ID tags or serial numbers. If someone could properly identify this siren and give me a range of production date, that would be great.

Sorry for fuzzy pictures. It says "Brooklyn, N.Y." below the Ademco name badge on top.

Here are some mystery speakers (I'm not an expert at speakers). They are in between the Methodist Church and the Wells Fire Dept. in Wells, NY:

any ideas? I don't know what it is used for.
