The "T-128" in Oakridge is actually a T-135 AC/DC, and your mystery speaker array is one of the first ACA Allertronics ever built (exact model unknown though). Seems they must have a lightning problem in that area, or they're just really paranoid; all the sirens, both new and old, appear to have lightning rods sticking up above them. Haven't ever personally seen that before on a siren install. On another note, I have to ask...what in the
hell happened to that 2001-130??

Thought at first it was burned, but it looks like it's covered in soot/ash or something. Must be in a pretty rough environment!

You are correct, that's definitely a Loudoun product. Even has the octagonal enclosure in the center that all of the horns are mounted to. Judging by the aging of the speaker head, it looks to be an ES2000 model.
