Yep, it's on top of an old Cincinnati Bell building, but it doesn't work anymore. By the way, does anyone know if Hamilton County is testing today, due to all of the overcast and everything?

They tested today, yes, but it was unusually short for both cycles - like, 2 minutes per cycle.

I slept in, so I missed my chance to record the T-128 at Beechmont and Markley...

something funny happened on Wednesday. I was at VBS at St Ann church in Hamilton where they have a 1000t. And the funny thing is that they also tested the FIRE BELLS on the same day as the siren test.

Unusually short or long? Two minutes is longer than what's normally anticipated.

Unusually short, at least to me. Thinking back, it was about a minute and a half per cycle.

At least they set them off at the correct time, unlike last test.

I agree, the sirens sounded at the right time and for the right amount of time . I counted five cycles of attack

There's a really neat Application my uncle told me about for smartphones. It's called Zedge. It has really neat ringtones for cell phones, including siren ringtones. They are real siren sounds too. They have an EOWS-612 in Alternate wail, that's is my ringtone. They also have Thunderbolt 1000T growl, and hi-low signal.

To find the siren ringtone I just searched "Tornado Siren" in the search box.
