Reedsburg, WI has one on the FD.

Dundee, MI still uses theirs. Topeka, KS and Abilene, KS also have a 500ATs still in use.

The only 500 I personally know of, which was still operational and tested regularly is in a little town east of Reno, NV, and that one is a 550 ( "sunflower" with dual heads). I'm reasonably sure there are others as well, because they're not as old as T-Bolts on average, and they're basically similar, and as functional and up-to-date as a 2001, other than the DC backup capability.
