Emmetsburg, IA 500AT

Sounds like a 500AT to me. Filmed during last nights tornado warning. Not my video.

That sounds like a rare 10/12 Port ACA Allertor judging by the winddown.

Yeah that's definitely an Allertor, never knew theirs was 10/12 port (until now). Here's where it's located for anyone interested: http://goo.gl/maps/fmRC7

Here's the Sentry 10V heard in the video, which is half a kilometer to the northwest of the allertor: 43.123653° -94.692614°

Where ever you heard that at is wrong. The 10/12 allertor had the same size guts as the 9/12 allertor, and used a less efficient stator and rotor design.

Less efficient? I thought it was louder than the regular 9/12 ones. I guess not

And for the lazy not wishing to plugin those coordinates; https://www.google.com/maps/preview#!da ... !1e3&fid=7

edit; Here's another siren in this town: https://www.google.com/maps/preview#!da ... !2e0&fid=5 - I am unsure of its model. Definitely an ACA however. :)

Google's aerial view colors it as a FS2001, however street view is contrary to that.

That's an ASC RM-130 from the looks of it.

Must be a very interesting ambiance on test day.
Don't wait. Take a siren photo today.

Sort of looks like one of those CTI SMR15's.
