Where ever you heard that at is wrong. The 10/12 allertor had the same size guts as the 9/12 allertor, and used a less efficient stator and rotor design.

Google's aerial view colors it as a FS2001, however street view is contrary to that.

That's an ASC RM-130 from the looks of it.

Sort of looks like one of those CTI SMR15's.
