Im sorry, BUT YOUR WRONG, the 2001 was to be a New siren, but like i said, it Did not work, so they replaced it with a T-128, No offense, but you dont know what your talking about. And why am i in this? Ian's was basically the same thing, no no need to fight over.uncommonsense wrote:What do you mean the 2001 was to be a "new siren?" That is a circa-2004 (+/- a year or two) 2001. That 2001 was not new and couldn't have been new and was not going to replace anything in the Exelon system at this time. And it was a part of the Exelon system as was established earlier in this thread by people who'd know.1Thunderboltfan13 wrote:Yep, the Federal Signal 2001 was to be a new siren but it didnt work so they replaced it with a ASC T-128 Siren, which the T-128 is part of the Three Mile Island Siren System, which replaced the old Cyclones and P-10's, which is a shame, the Model 5 is a siren that does Fire Calls. Hope this helped.
So, no offense, but you had to have made that up, gotten turned around, or not communicated your point clearly. As has been established, the entire Exelon Three Mile Island system was replaced with a T-128 system as installed by ANC. Exelon paid to have sirens replaced at most of its nuke plants (and I think ASC/ANC won all of them). The TMI system had 2001s in it. And if you meant to say someone else bought that 2001 for another purpose and is being superseded, please indicate that. But both Austin and Ian established quite accurately what happened.

What? That makes no sense. You're not being clear if you're suggesting I said what you said because that's definitely not the case as your writing stands. I've said the same thing in two replies. The first one you called me wrong, the second you're saying it's what you said. I'm soooooooo confused at what point you are trying to make.1Thunderboltfan13 wrote:thats what i just said.
