I think this is the first time I've ever heard of a utility pole being infested by termites. Definitely an odd situation there.

Update: I drove by our fire station earlier today and was pleasantly surprised to see that the 2T22 was gone, and a brand new 2001-130 was in it's place. I guess BVPS had loaned us the 2T22 while the new siren was on order.

Its so sad to see the 2T22 go; hopefully a siren collector will get to have the 2T22
Proud owner of two 2T22s & a 3T22; & might acquire a roundback 2001 soon

You bumped a topic that hasn't been posted in since NOVEMBER. Not to act like an admin or moderator, but this is not good behavior.

Just to let you know, that siren is going up, not down, as stated under the picture.

@sifed1 really?

Okay. Maybe I was over-reacting, but it's still not a good action.

eaglecomm bumped it in November, after it hadn't been posted in since May. Didn't see you complaining then.

How about you guys stop with the "you bumped a post from (insert date here)!!1!" posts when someone brings up an old topic, relevant or not. Instead, if you feel that the post does not provide any usable information related to the topic, click the report button on the post in question and let us moderators do our job and decide whether or not the situation needs to be dealt with. Please and thank you.
