That's a dual-head Sterling Little Giant, and an OLD one at that! This is only the third time I've seen one with this type of motor, as others I've seen have a capacitor-start induction motor on them. Looks like it's been beautifully redone as well, but does it have any of the sheet metal that belongs on it (the two end projectors and motor cover)?

I have some information on this siren:

The siren is 12 port single toned. They are very rare to find. Yours appears to be an older model, as Ian (murrfarms) said. The sheet metal covers and horns wouldn't be hard to re-fabricate. Ian has some videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--maqZMonTE) of a Little Giant that can give you a visual of the original housing and horns.

Here's a video of my Little Giant for comparison. It has the Peerless capacitor-start motor on it.
