But in any case, my town (Morris, IL), and almost all other towns around me test on the 1st Tuesday at 10 AM.
Sirens, they're loud!

I live in Clinton County, Ohio and we test on the first Saturday of each month at 12:00 P.M. weather permitting.

The county I live in is Spartanburg County, South Carolina. They test at the first Saturday of each month at 1:00pm EST (pending on the weather conditions).

Madison County tests on the first Wednesday of the month at 12:00, weather permitting.

The system closest to me are

Muscogee County, Columbus, GA: Every Saturday @ 12:00
Intro/Outro Voice, 1 minute alert, 3 blasts of wail, aprox. 5 blasts of air horn on Whelen WPS-28XXs

Ft. Benning, GA: First Saturday @ 12:00
3 blasts of 20 second alerts, voice in between each blast on Whelen WPS-29XXs

Shelby county, AL tests every first Wednesday at 10:00am, if the weather is fine.

This is no where near where I am now but where I lived in Carlton County MN, they test on the first Wensday at 1 PM.

In Hamilton County, Ohio, the sirens are tested the 1st Wednesday of each month at noon, unless they cancel it because of the weather, a certain holiday, or even some accident that happened.
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced. :(
