Rosemont, IL's "2902" might in fact be a 2720

Sat Jan 18, 2014 8:43 pm

So I recently realized that the supports on the Rosemont "2902" are silver colored, where as a 2900's would be black colored. Also I looked at a video of a 2720 and thats what the Rosemont one resembled, it did not resemble a 2900. That would also explain why it has an ESC-864 with then 465 HZ tone where as the rest of the siren in the city have ESC-2020's with the 560 HZ tone.

I always thought it was weird that a 2900 series would have a 465 Hz tone. You're probably right.
Sirens, they're loud!
