Any sirens in N:E Calgary?

causing of this video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGEGkpk1sK8 i wonder if therwe is any electronic sirens there? cause this sounds like someone tests a sweep signal or something else but just wondering hopefully anybody knows if there is a siren

I'd have to agree with this. It sounds like they turned it down, panned it, and added reverb to it.
