Wow, your recording came out amazing! I wish I had either a second camera with good audio recording capabilities, or just a good-quality audio recorder and microphone, would have liked to put one behind the FD like you did to catch the awesome reverb.

Here's my video from Saturday's event in Yatesville. I was about 330 feet to the northeast of the two sirens, set up in front of the Yatesville Public Library.

DJ2226, that's the best Thunderbolt recording I've heard in a long time, and maybe the best recording of a Thunderbolt I've ever heard. That echo is insane!

Is there any way you could put the original MP3 version on a site like Dropbox and post it here?

That recording DJ... That was EPIC AS HELL (without getting too colorful with my word choice). I like how a plane flies in at about 8:27 in your recording, it almost gives you a sense of being back in the cold war, when bombers were taking off to watch for the "Reds", and sirens screamed to life for drills.

On another note, my mom (who was at the town general store during the test), said that the store got numerous calls with people who were like "What's happening?", and "Did WWIII just start?" and "DEAR GOD MAKE THAT THING STOP".
