Disa Gas Powered Siren Acquired!

I was looking at the fuel cap on the Disa. It says "four measures of Castrol XL Oil to one gallon of Petrol. Any clue what "four measures" mean? I haven't had much luck online.

most likely one capful is one measure. there's roughly 4 litres per gallon (1 quart is .95 litres, 4 quarts per gallon) so if the engine placard says one capful per litre then four capfuls per gallon is close enough.

I hate to say it, but every time I read the thread title in the topic list, I can't help but hear it in Jar-Jar Binks's voice. "Disa siren make noise! Yousa got gas for it?"

Good lord. I thought that chopper size usually had at least *some* bearing on volume, but that thing looks to be smaller than a Model 2!
