most likely one capful is one measure. there's roughly 4 litres per gallon (1 quart is .95 litres, 4 quarts per gallon) so if the engine placard says one capful per litre then four capfuls per gallon is close enough.

Proud owner of a frozen Model A, a Darley Champion "L", an Ademco 12V beehive, a few horns, a brass whistle and several old weather radios that sound like sirens. Those last three count, right?

Good lord. I thought that chopper size usually had at least *some* bearing on volume, but that thing looks to be smaller than a Model 2!
