Are STH-10Bs considered rare?

They're definitely not as common as STH-10As, but they're not like 10/12-port Allertor rare. Would they still be considered fairly rare?

Consider how often we find them. You should be able to answer this question yourself. Actually, you did.

I wouldn't necessarily say so, considering not everywhere is three-phase power available.
