Most likely. I saw one on a new pole while entering Sarnia via the Lambton College entrance.
This is why I'm a little confused about how many sirens they now have. That's the new siren on Modeland near the Lambton Inn, and there is also the downtown unit that's been there for most of the year. The Observer said 15 in the area including the 5 new installs on Sept 16, but with 2 previous new units since Spring, that would mean there are now 17 sirens.
