View of a Whelen siren from my hotel room

This morning, when I got up, I looked out my hotel room window and saw this:

Must be a Whelen vortex?

why is the picture upside down?

I'm new to posting on this forum, I may have screwed something up.

Picture is fine for me.
It could be a Vortex, or a 4004, the only way to tell is to look into the horn to see where the screen is, from what I hear.

Ok, I will look a little closer at it, see what I can see.

Where is it? Maybe someone knows the area and can identify it.

This siren is located in Proctor, MN near the AmericInn Duluth south (Proctor is very close to Duluth, MN). I know that Duluth has some Whelen sirens so I'm guessing it's part of the Duluth siren system.

According to this MN siren map, the siren is a Whelen vortex.

Another way to tell is look at the controls. If there is one box, it's a Vortex. If there's a box with another section on bottom, it's a 4004. Also the rotator motor will either be round or square. Round = 4004, vice versa.
