You are thinking of Ginna. They have those baby blue colored P-10s and Banchees.

I talked to ANS a few days ago, and they gave me the number to the Excelon person. I tried a few times yesterday, but no such luck. I was able to get into contact today, however, and the sirens are fortunately still up. She said if the county wanted them, she would put them on the list for sirens and such, and we could get them for a small price (for activation).
