That's the Thunderbolt atop the Wichita Water Works building, and boy has it really gone downhill within the past year or so. Gabe M. (sirenfan97) has two videos of it on YouTube, one from June 2011 while it still sounded healthy, and another from January 2014 when the chopper started its downhill turn. Andy M. (lumix14) also has a video from July 2012 while it was still healthy as well. Hopefully they'll get around to repairing that one in the near future like they've done recently with some others that have fallen into disrepair.
