$300,000 sounds like they want a set of electronic sirens.
Just FYI, their current system consist of 7 ASC RM-130s, 2 T-121s and 1 T-128.
I'm not saying they don't, but with over 400 Whelens in both OKC and Tulsa metro it gets a little old. I was mainly stating for my sanity's sake, which I know they don't care about.DJ2226 wrote:Aye now, Whelen makes a good omni.
Interesting stuff. Looks like the drivers are Atlas Sound K-100N, which is a phenolic-diaphragm driver with a neodymium-loaded magnet structure. The first table is assembling quadrants together for each upper acoustic module (cast aluminum horn throat sections), then the quadrants are stacked up and bolted together, and last the outside flare panels are added.DJ2226 wrote:Aye now, Whelen makes a good omni. I'm thinking they may be going with I-Forces. The 3200 watt version just got some serious attention according to a post on their Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/AmericanSignalCorporation
