I pulled up a Google search of the DSA, and they look very familiar to what I've seen in whitehouse.

Whatever it is its ATI, no doubt after looking at the boxes. I will say those look like newer style ATI boxes. Any idea when those went in?

Yeah I'm positive they did. I can vividly remember seeing them blending in with the pine trees.

After looking at the screenshots I took, the frame holding the horns appears to be a stand from ATI. So the siren could possibly be an early ATI "siren".

Yeah that electronic siren is definitely an ATI, has the ATI control cabinet and speaker mount.
