Well Check it out, you can go up on the road next to the siren on street view. It appears to be leaning slightly less in 2011 than it was in 2007. But it might just look that way because of the different camera angle and the horn is facing a different direction.

There is a great church parking lot across the street from it (to the left of the siren on that road)... perfect view of the siren and it would be a darn level to record it. As noted it is still active as a fire siren for the Forest Hills Fire Company outside of PIttsburgh, Big Rick (3T22hilo) and I have visited this thing a few times over the years. It would be smart to trim the trees behind to cover the east side of town but I suppose it works for them, not sure how busy they are and if they ever do a countywide test.
